- Monthly plans require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- Ad spend is paid directly by the client and is not included in management fees.
- Ad spend above the plan limit is billed at 15% of managed spend, or moved to a custom plan.
- Software subscriptions, email platforms, CRM tools, premium plugins, marketplace fees and hosting are not included unless stated in writing.
- Website revision requests include standard content, image, layout and minor page updates.
- New pages, custom functionality, integrations, automation, ecommerce development and advanced design work are quoted separately.
- Additional ecommerce setup fees apply for store buildout, product uploads, payment gateways, shipping rules, marketplace setup, tracking, automation and email flows.
- Upgrades, stock assets and third-party tools are not included unless stated in writing.
