Typography

Layout
Flat blocks with 2px borders and no rounding anywhere. Stat cells run edge to edge under the hero as a hard band.
Conversion
Fitness buys on identity, not features. The hero sells the version of themselves the visitor wants, then the free-trial offer sits directly underneath it.
